At Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds we offer special services to give you what you want. We know that many people are not going to find the setting they are looking for among our selection, even though we will be adding more pieces all the time. So if you see a setting you want in a magazine, in your local jewelry store or on another web site, please send it to us and we will do everything to deliver your setting to you with our stones.
If all you have is an idea then sketch it down on paper and send it to us. If you see a piece on another site send us the address, so we know what you're looking for. Or just give us a call at 800-433-6849 from 9 to 5 CST Monday through Friday and tell us what you want.
As you may know all of our pieces are available in solid 14Kt yellow gold, in addition we can also offer solid 14Kt white gold and on some pieces platinum and 18Kt yellow gold.
Please note that platinum settings, 18Kt gold settings, any ring sized outside of our sizing standards or is altered in any way once received by the customer are considered custom orders and are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the stone as mentioned above in which case we would replace the stone. Also any piece requested to be custom made that is not shown or offered on our website is considered a custom order. Custom orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. There are no cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
I can't say we will be able to fulfill every need, but with our 36+ years of experience in dealing with cubic zirconia jewelry nobody will be able to deliver more than we can.
