- We are no longer able to accept credit cards on orders placed outside of the United States. We do accept cashier's checks and money orders only in US dollars drawn from a US bank. The shipping charge on all International orders is $59.95.
- Please note that any duties, taxes and UPS broker fees that may apply will be your responsibility. They are not our fees so please check with your local shipping offices to see what the charges would be. These fees, if any, will be due when your package arrives and made payable to the carrier. Please note that platinum settings, 18Kt gold settings, any ring sized outside of our sizing standards or is altered in any way once received by the customer are considered custom orders and are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the stone as mentioned above in which case we would replace the stone. Also any piece requested to be custom made that is not shown or offered on our website is considered a custom order. Custom orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. There are no cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
