If you were given an item number for a special order piece,
please enter the item number and price below.
Special orders are treated just like any other order. This form is to order pieces that are not currently on
our site. Special orders come with our 15 day return policy. Please read Custom Orders statement below.

*Our standard ring sizes for ladies are 5 to 8 and for men 8 to 11. Any ring that is ordered above or below
these sizes is considered a custom order and an additional charge of $15.00 per size will to be added to
the price of the ring. This includes quarter and half sizes. For example, if you order a ladies ring with a
size of 9.5, the extra charge will be $30.00. Custom ordered pieces cannot be returned.
*Custom Orders:
If available and a piece of jewelry is ordered in either 18kt gold or platinum, please remember that these
settings are considered custom orders and are non-returnable.
Platinum pieces will be quoted and all custom orders will be confirmed before we proceed with you order.
