Due to an increase in credit card fraud, we will only be shipping to the billing address.

- For International Orders - Cashier's Check or Money Order only in US dollars drawn from a US bank.
- Any purchase made with American Express requires a signature upon receipt of package.
- Credit card's are charged out when the order is placed.
International Orders
- We are no longer able to accept credit cards on orders placed outside of the United States. We do accept cashier's checks and money orders only in US dollars drawn from a US bank. The shipping charge on all International orders is $64.95.
- Please note that any duties, taxes and UPS broker fees that may apply will be your responsibility. These are not our fees so please check with your local shipping offices to see what the charges would be. These fees, if any, will be due when your package arrives and made payable to the carrier. We ship UPS only, when shipping internationally.

Website Policies:
Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds Guarantee:
Your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds carry a "Lifetime" guarantee that they will not cloud, loose their brilliance, fade or yellow. If this should happen, your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds will be replaced free of charge. If your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds should chip or fracture (does not apply if abused), we will replace your Orleans Counterfeit Diamonds at half (1/2) the original purchase price. Every piece of jewelry with our stones comes with a numbered written guarantee card.
We guarantee your satisfaction with both our merchandise and our service.
You may return your purchase within 15 days of its receipt for a full refund. Simply ship the package to our mail order office, registered and insured. Be sure to enclose your original invoice.
Please note that platinum settings, 18Kt gold settings, any ring sized outside of our sizing standards or is altered in any way once received by the customer are considered custom orders and are non-returnable unless there is a defect in the stone as mentioned above in which case we would replace the stone. Also any piece requested to be custom made that is not shown or offered on our website is considered a custom order. Custom orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. There are no cancellations or refunds after 24 hours.
Item Availability and Shipping Time
- When you place an order with Orleans Jewels, we create that piece of jewelry according to your wishes and specifications. We do not mass produce our jewery and because of the size of our collection, it would be impossible to keep every piece with every option available, in every size. Nor would we want to. At Orleans Jewels we pride ourselves on our ability to design, create and deliver beautiful jewelry to our customers according to their individual tastes.
We understand your need to have your piece arrive on time. We know the importance of having the "perfect gift" for engagements, anniversaries and holidays. Please allow us to help you ensure you receive your jewelry in a timely fashion by making these suggestions:
1) Please allow up to 24 hours for an internet order to be processed.
2) Your jewelry could take 1-6 weeks to create depending on the piece and the options you've selected. Please call us and we can let you know if your piece is available for immediate shipment, or when it will be available.
3) Tell us the date you need the piece - we can give you a reasonable expectation as to when your order will be ready.
4) Know your shipping options. Overnight means from the day your order is produced and not from the day you place your order.
- Please note that ground shipping can take up to 7 business days to arrive. We do offer second day and overnight shipping for faster delivery, once your piece is complete.
- None of our jewelry is stamped CZ. All of our jewelry is stamped 14K, 18K, PL or PLAT.
Custom Orders
An order is considered custom if your jewelry is cast in 18kt gold, platinum, is sized outside of our sizing standards or is altered in any way once received by the customer. Also any piece requested to be custom made that is not shown or offered on our website is considered a custom order. The standard ladies ring sizes are a 5 to an 8, gent's sizes is 8 to an 11. Standard bracelet lengths are 6 1/2" to 8". Any size above or below these sizes is custom. All custom orders are non-returnable and you will have only 24 hours, once your order is placed, to cancel or make changes. No exceptions.
Returns/Exchanges
Any returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 15 days from the date of delivery. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Any returned custom order will be refused at the time of delivery. All returns must be in original packaging and condition or a 20% restocking fee will be imposed. Special orders* and pieces ordered for viewing purposes will also incur a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee also applies to returns on orders with more than 3 pieces ordered in the same category, (i.e. - 4 or more rings.) Damaged returns/exchanges, will not be accepted. Free shipping discount will be deducted from returns. Any free gift with purchase must be returned if order is returned. Our return policy applies to all jewelry purchases. Any jewelry that has been worn, resized, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. If you have any questions or need assistance, please email us or call our toll-free number.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Shipping fees will not be refunded. No exceptions. Your package should include your original receipt along with any instructions. You are responsible to ship your package back via prepaid freight, insured. No COD returns will be accepted. Refused orders will incur a $12.95 return shipping charge.
*A special order is any piece shown on our site that is altered in any way.
(i.e. - Changing the stone color, stone size, stone shape, etc.)
Clearance items are final sale and are not returnable.

Repairs
- If you have a piece of Counterfeit Diamond jewelry that needs to be repaired, you can send it in to us for a free estimate. Repairs usually take one week from the day the estimate is approved.
- When sending in your jewelry for repair, please be sure to include a detailed note of what you see that needs to be fixed and include your daytime telephone number and address.
- Please make sure you package your jewelry in a crush-proof box to prevent any further damage to your jewelry.
