The Aida cubic zirconia wedding set is lovely and we can customize every detail of these rings. The cz engagement ring is available in a variety of stone shapes including round, emerald cut, marquise, princess cut, royal asscher cut, oval, pear, and cushion cut cubic zirconias. We offer this ring in carat weights from one to three carats, but please contact us if you would like us to create this ring with a larger or smaller stone size. The side stones have a total weight of .60 carats.
The Aida wedding band matches the engagement ring and has a total carat weight of .58 carats. This matching band is available in white, yellow, or rose gold.
This ring is available in solid 14 karat white, yellow, or rose gold. Please contact Orleans Jewels if you would like us to create this ring in 18 karat gold or platinum. Special Cut Stones: Orleans Jewels offers "Special Cut" in all standard shapes. The "Special Cut" round cubic zirconia has additional facets, making it more brilliant than a traditional round cubic zirconia. For fancy shapes, the marquise, oval, and pear, the "Special Cut" adds facets to the center of the stone to remove the characteristic "bow tie" effect. The "bow tie" is a characteristic of these stones and should be present in a correctly proportioned fancy stone. However, many customers prefer the stone without the "bow tie". Our "Special Cut" removes the "bow tie" by adding facets to the center of the stone. The number of additional facets needed to create this effect varies depending on the stone shape and size. Our emerald cut stones are referred to as radiant emerald cut when "Special Cut". The stone is faceted like a round stone, rather than the traditional step cut. The radiant emerald cut adds fire to the emerald cut shape.
Standard ring sizes for ladies are 5 to 8 and for men 8 to 11. Any ring that is ordered above or below these sizes is considered a custom order and are therefore a final sale. An additional charge of $35.00 per size above size 8 will to be added to the price of every cz ring, including quarter and half sizes. For example, if you order a ladies ring with a size of 9.5, the extra charge will be $70.00. Custom ordered pieces cannot be returned. Special Orders: A special order is any piece shown on our site that is altered in any way. This includes changing the stone color, stone size, stone shape, and may include changing gold color, sterling silver settings or any order for ring settings with a center stone carat weight of 3.00 carats or larger and any earrings ordered with screwback posts. All tennis necklaces 16" in length or longer in all available metals are considered a special order. Orleans Jewels reserves the right to declare any jewelry a special order piece any time changes are made by the customer to an existing picture on our website. If you have questions or concerns about whether changes you would like to make to a piece of jewelry would cause it to become a special order, please call our office and we will be happy to let you know. All returned special orders within the 15 day return policy will incur a 30% restocking fee. No exceptions. Custom Orders: Platinum, 18Kt gold or 14Kt pink (rose) gold settings are considered custom orders and are non-returnable. Platinum and 18Kt gold pieces will be quoted and all custom orders will be confirmed before we proceed with you order. Any piece that is stated as a custom order or requested to be custom made that is not offered on our website is considered a custom order and is non-returnable. All full eternity bands are also custom order pieces. Any ring with stones set entirely around the band are considered full eternity bands, including 14kt gold and sterling silver settings. Custom orders must be paid in full at time of ordering. There are no cancellations or refunds on custom orders after 24 hours.
You may return your purchase within 15 days of its receipt for a full refund minus shipping charges. Simply ship the package to our office, registered and insured. Jewelry must be returned in the original black velvet box, along with the outer white jewelry box, and MUST include the original invoice to receive a refund. Orders returned without these items will not be given refunds. No exceptions. Customer will incur all shipping charges associated with the attempted return of any piece of jewelry described as non returnable as stated in our policies. Special orders* and pieces ordered for viewing purposes will also incur a 30% restocking fee. Restocking fee also applies to returns on orders with 2 or more pieces ordered in the same category. All jewelry must be returned in its original condition to be considered for return. Damaged jewelry will not be accepted for return or exchange. Free shipping discount will be deducted from returns. Any free gift with purchase must be returned if order is returned. Our return policy applies to all jewelry purchases. Any jewelry that has been worn, resized, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
